Accounts Manager

An Accounts Manager is needed for a law firm in Liverpool.

Duties will include, but not be limited to,


  • Deal with incoming payment (cheques/BACS)
  • Banking – paying cheques into our Client & Office Accounts
  • Billing files & paying out any disbursements
  • Outgoing cheques to pay disbursement or Client damages
  • Chaps & BACS payments
  • ATE payments

Bank reconciliations (OFFICE A/C & CLIENT A/C)

  • Incoming payments
  • Direct Debits
  • Presented cheques
  • Wages
    • Arranging & Sending pension information
    • Arranging & Sending wage information
    • Setting up BACS Payments
    • PAYE payments
  • VAT Returns & Payments
  • Running End of Month & Year End Reports

Full time permanent position
