ACS are now recruiting a solicitor 0-5 years’ experience. You will be joining a large team in a Clinical Negligence department, based in Liverpool.
A great opportunity has arisen for a clinical negligence solicitor to join this leading industry, and well-established law firm on a full time, permanent basis.
The ideal candidate
• 0 – 5
years PQE
• Able to confidently hold a caseload of 50-70 matters (exclusively clinical
negligence)
• Ability
to work independently
• Excellent client care skills
• Strong advocacy abilities
• A finesse for legal analysis

Previous experience within the clinical negligence department
• Opportunities to assist on higher value, multi-million pound claims whilst
gaining particular experience on brain and spinal injuries
• High professional standards, whilst being empathetic and understanding
• An ability to build strong interpersonal relationships with clients and
experts
• An
interest in developing the department and its reputation
• Social media knowledge (writing blogs for department website)
