We are looking for Part-time First Response Advisors for a Wirral based legal firm.

To work various shift patterns :- Mon – Friday 5pm – 9pm/10pm

Weekend Shifts between 8am – 9pm

  • Call Centre background essential
  • RTA/Motor background desirable
  • Must be very self motivated, dealing with inbound initial claims notifications with a customer focused approach.
  • Registering claims and identifying the responsible party
  • Must at all times offer a customer focused approach, ensuring that service levels and high standards of work are maintained.

Permanent part-time roles

Salary: £15-16,000

Part- Time: 25 hours per week max
