Operations Administrator

Our clients Operations department is currently recruiting for an Administrator for their Liverpool based office

Ideally I would like someone with FNOL/FRU experience in a law firm as this would give them a good understanding of the process

Duties will include,
• Input computerised data with speed and accuracy
• Work cohesively as part of a team
• Keep up to date diaries and tasks
• Maintain confidentiality
• Liaise with hospitals, doctors, solicitors, and experts in a professional manner
• Meet productivity and accuracy targets

Personal Specification:
• The person appointed will be able to work calmly under pressure
• You will be able to project a polite and professional attitude
• A keenness to learn and develop
• You will be an enthusiastic team player
• Interpersonal skills and an excellent telephone manner
• Excellent customer service skills
• English and Maths to G.C.S.E standard Grade C or equivalent
• Computer literate and database experience
