We are recruiting for a HR Assistant for a solicitors firm in Liverpool.
Duties will include, but not be limited to,
- Dealing with all new starters, organising offer letters and contracts, including pre-employment checks.
- Maternity or paternity leave, deal with flexible working requests.
- Taking daily absence calls from staff, notify Managers and Teams
- Processing resignations
- Arranging induction and notify the appropriate staff of when individuals are commencing
- Dealing with reference requests written / telephone
- Conducting exit interviews and general recruitment duties as required.
Salary dependent on experience.
Full time permanent position.
