Commercial Property Solicitor
ACS are seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor on behalf of our client for their Liverpool based firm.
Candidate should have post qualification experience of handling commercial property disputes involving commercial or mixed use developments.
Reporting directly to the Legal Director the role will involve acting for large national asset managers and institutional landlords advising and representing clients on a wide range of property related disputes.
Whilst not essential, experience in dealing with large institutional or corporate clients is desirable as is an understanding of commercial leases and analysis of title.
The successful candidate will have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients at a senior level.
Full or part time hours can be considered
Salary – £40,000 to £60,000
