Multi-Track RTA/PI Claimant Grade A Solicitor/Legal Executive
We are looking for unique and exceptional professionals on behalf of our client to work at their Cheshire based office.
Skills/Competencies
- To support the Team Head in the day to day running of the department, and to provide assistance to colleagues within the team as required, same to be suitably reciprocated
- Achievement of personal and team billing targets
- Commercial awareness and business acumen
- Resolving client care issues with the Team Head and providing excellent client care at all times
- Ensuring that write offs and issues with suppliers are kept to an absolute minimum
- Using the proclaim system in accordance with the firms policy and assisting more junior staff in the proficient use of the system as required
- The post-holder particularly will be expected to maximize their personal billings to achieve appropriate billing performance targets meeting with the income budget/and or forecast for the department
- Managing a caseload as required to achieve both the above whilst providing excellent client care
- Target driven with an eye for business and commercial awareness whilst maintaining exceptional client care
- Good RTA Fee Earning skills and technical ability
- A good working knowledge of the law including statute, CPR and case law in respect of Personal Injury Law
- To ensure that cash collection targets are met and supporting the Team Head within the department at all times in the motivation of the team to achieve monthly and annual budget
- Excellent communication skills with an ability to work within the team and are comfortable assisting more experience Fee Earners
- Commercial awareness is key
- A Proclaim user with a good understanding of the system and good Microsoft skills
Qualifications
- Qualified Solicitor and/or Legal Executive
- Be at least 8 years qualified and have dealt with high value and complex personal injury/serious injury cases for a number of years
Hours
- Monday to Friday 00am to 5.30pm with a lunch break of one hour each day or will consider 30 hours over a 4 day week 9.00am to 5.30pm with a lunch break of one hour.
