We are currently looking to recruit a number of Claims Advisor’s for our clients flight delays team in Bury

• Minimum experience is having previously worked in customer service.
• Preferable the successful candidate will have worked in a claims environment before, either RTA/PPI/industrial deafness.
• The job role would be ‘vetting’ claims. Clients come to our website (there is no cold calling), input details of their flight delay claim.
• Our handlers then check over the information and assess whether they have a valid claim or not.
• Also dealing with airline responses/client responses via fax/e-mail/telephone/post.

Salary 12-18k dependent on experience.
