Acs are currently looking to recruit a office manager for our client in Ormskirk.

Daily duties will include:

  • Managing staff/HR duties (sickness, holidays, disciplinary etc)
  • Interviewing/recruitment/staffing levels
  • Coordinating Bill list/turnarounds
  • Coordinating Negotiation targets/Client SLAs
  • Auditing Negotiation turnarounds
  • Proof checking work (administration, drafting, negotiation)
  • Reporting to Directors – completing reports etc (daily, weekly and monthly)
  • Updating Clients/dealing with requests/complaints from Clients etc
  • Training new staff/providing continued training
  • Managing internal case management system
