Acs are currently looking to recruit a office manager for our client in Ormskirk.
Daily duties will include:
- Managing staff/HR duties (sickness, holidays, disciplinary etc)
- Interviewing/recruitment/staffing levels
- Coordinating Bill list/turnarounds
- Coordinating Negotiation targets/Client SLAs
- Auditing Negotiation turnarounds
- Proof checking work (administration, drafting, negotiation)
- Reporting to Directors – completing reports etc (daily, weekly and monthly)
- Updating Clients/dealing with requests/complaints from Clients etc
- Training new staff/providing continued training
- Managing internal case management system
