RTA Fee Earner
Fee Earner required for busy RTA department to handle a fully litigated case load for a firm on Merseyside.
Experience in dealing with all aspects of RTA litigation essential.
Duties will include, but not be limited to,
- Liaising with Clients
- Liaising with Counsel
- Drafting court pleadings
- Drafting witness statements and preparing cases for disposal.
