An experienced Receptionist is wanted for a firm of solicitors in Liverpool.

Duties will include, but not be limited to,

  • Responsible for all areas of Reception including managing call volumes.
  • A clear understanding of the key areas of the business and ability to support each area.
  • Providing an exceptional standard of support to key areas as and when required, including but not limited to archiving, copying, printing and scanning.
  • Demonstrating keen attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to work on own initiative, successfully prioritises to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Adhering to relevant compliance and risk management frameworks ensuring all requirements are proactively managed and the business is protected.
  • Responsible for incoming, outgoing post and procedures ensuring deadlines are met (hardcopy and electronic).
  • Supporting the business with administrative functions such as stationary ordering, monitoring and cost in line with budget.
  • Meeting and greets client, guests and visitors to the business in a courteous and professional manner.
