Law Costs Draftsman / Costs Lawyer
My Client are seeking to employ law costs draftsman with at least 2 years experience for a role within a team that undertakes both fast track and multi track bill drafting and costs negotiations. The successful candidate will conduct a case load of personal injury, clinical negligence and commercial litigation. The successful candidate will require a strong ability to manage a diary and be able to liaise with clients on a daily basis. Good technical knowledge of the CPR and common law will also be required. Salary is competitive, carries bonus incentive system and is reviewed on a 6 monthly basis. There will be opportunity to develop the role into a team leader of advocacy position.
