We are looking for First Response Team Leader for a Cheshire based legal firm.

Must have experience leading and managing a team, delegating work and raising team performance.

Duties will include but not be limited to,

  • Conducting an hourly review of the pending filed for the team
  • Vetting claims, ensuring data accuracy and quality
  • To be involved in the recruitment process for new team members
  • Working in accordance with all of the firms policies and procedures
  • Conducting monthly 1-2-1’s with team members
  • Providing guidance on complex files where appropriate

8.30am to 5pm Mon – Fri, 10.30am – 7pm Tue and Thursday, 9am – 1pm Sat on a shift rota basis
