We currently have an exciting position for a Family Solicitor for a well established firm in Manchester.
• Experience in Private Law matters including finance, divorce, children and injunctions.
• Undertaking a mix of Legal Aid & Private Family work in all areas
• Ability to run own caseload and work independently with secretarial support.
• Ability to undertake own advocacy in the Family Proceedings Court and County Court Negotiation and working with Barristers, Solicitors & other members of the legal sector
• Provide support and advice to other members of staff
