Client First Response Team Member
Our client is currently looking to recruit for a Client First Response Team Member.
This is a busy and thriving firm of solicitors who are looking for candidates with a ‘can do attitude’.
- All Client First Response Team Members are part of the Operations Department and the role is an interesting and varied customer facing position in offering frontline client contact and support using latest technology and case management software.
- You will – experience inbound and outbound contact with new and existing clients, advising clients on new claims, review and collate client information and documentation. prepare cases in readiness for claim submission, deal with other professional services and providers related to cases, process all related claims within the Operations Department, liaise and work with internal customers and departments. It is desirable that you are fully conversant with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Situated within a dynamic, pro-active Team this would suit a responsible, flexible and adaptable individual with a ‘can do’ attitude who is capable of multi-tasking in a number of disciplines. Suitable applicants will have a personable and friendly manner, enjoy speaking with people and the ability and desire to engage with prospective clients in their matters whilst also highlighting the features and benefits of choosing our services.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is embarking on a legal career and needs solid entry level case management experience at the coalface, speaking directly to prospective clients or someone who has proven successful customer service experience and wants to keep using it
This is a full time position Monday to Friday 9am – 6pm.
