  • Measuring service delivery and employee competence by listening to calls.
  • Drive initiatives to improve service delivery and QA scores, ensuring TCF elements are continually embedded
  • Drive coaching interventions to improve individual performance through increasing the competence of people.
  • Promotes a positive working culture that supports business success.
