3 x Call Centre Agents (FNOL Handlers)

  • Candidates must have excellent customer service and telephony skills and must have recent experience within a busy contact center like environment.
  • FNOL handler will work within a team of 10 people, on average they take between 200-300 calls per day.
  • They are the First Notification Of Loss team, therefore each call they receive is a client reporting a road traffic accident.
  •  FNOL handler will be required to type up a report on the whole accident and ask relevant questions with guidance from a script.
