URL Motor Claims Handler
We are currently recruiting for a URL Motor Claims Handler for a Liverpool based legal firm.
Key duties include, but are not limited to:
- To effectively and efficiently manage a caseload of pre-litigated ULR motor claims from inception to settlement
- Interact and communicate with clients
- Effectively identify matters for litigation
- Efficient use of outbound telephone calls
- To continuously drive improvement in the service delivery to clients
- To continually adhere to client specific protocols and best practice
- To support the firms values and policies in a professional manner
- Identify own training needs and to request appropriate training to meet own performance targets
- To support delivery of consistently high levels of service and productivity
- To work closely with colleagues within the firm to deliver consistently high levels of service
- To input accurate data and ensure data maintenance
- To be supportive of change within the claims handling teams
- To actively create a supportive and respectful working environment
- Produces work showing an understanding of relevant facts, case law and research
Candidate Requirements
- Experience of dealing with motor ULR claims
- Experience of dealing with clients
- Experience of using Microsoft Word, Excel and email
- Customer service experience
- Excellent time keeping skills
- The ability to work as a team and independently
- The ability to manage own workload
- Excellent attention to detail
- Negotiation skills
- Communication skills
- Organisational skills
