Travel Litigation Solicitor
Our client currently have a vacancy for a Solicitor within their growing Travel Litigation department.
You will play a vital role in supporting an expanding Travel Litigation department.
The successful candidate,
- Will undertake a fee earning role with a focus on holiday illness claims, accidents abroad, including road traffic accidents, claims under the Package Travel Regulations, workplace accidents abroad, maritime and aviation cases, and group illness litigation.
- You will have the ability to draft applications and pleadings as well as taking cases through to trial.
- You will also assist with the development of the case management system for Travel Litigation.
You will have excellent communication skills, in person, on the telephone and in writing and exceptional organisational skills to a very high standard.
