Senior Paralegal
We are recruiting for a Senior Paralegal with experience and a proven track record in commercial law looking for our clients Warrington based law firm.

Role will encompass all aspects of commercial law including, by way of illustration only:
Commercial – Drafting, reviewing, advising and negotiating on a range of commercial agreements including:
- Terms and conditions for sale of goods/supply of services
- Supply agreements
- Franchise agreements
- Confidentiality agreements
- Equipment leases
Commercial Corporate – Drafting, reviewing, advising and negotiating on:
- Business transfer agreements
- Partnership and LLP agreements
- Shareholders Agreements
- Cross Option Agreements
- Articles of Association
- Board minutes, resolutions, companies house filings
Corporate
- Assisting on both share and asset sales and purchases, MBO’s, MBI’s BIMBO’s, reorganisations
- Conducting, reviewing, collating due diligence and preparing due diligence reports, highlighting the risks to the client
- Running, maintaining and using Data rooms
