Senior Associate – Private Client
ACS are looking for a Senior Associate/Partner (STEP qualified) for a law firm in Manchester.
Duties may include but are not limited to:
- Advising owners of family businesses regarding IHT and succession planning
- Administering complex estates
- Managing family trusts
- Advising families on generational wealth planning, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney and probate
- Advising trustees and beneficiaries on their duties, rights and powers
Essential candidate requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor with proven, demonstrable extensive experience in a Private Client Team
- Full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP)
- Interested in developing and growing a Private Client practice in Manchester
- Demonstrates an understanding of clients, colleagues and others
- Member of the Law Society
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- The ability to work as part of a team and independently
- Proactive approach to managing their day-to-day work and tasks
