RTA Portal Paralegal
Our client is recruiting for an RTA Portal Paralegal with at least one year’s experience for their Manchester based office.
Successful candidate must be able to handle Stages 1 and 2 processes. Additionally, they will assist in the conduct of any Court proceedings (drafting witness statements, disclosure etc) under supervision, as necessary on cases which fall out of the Portal.
There is a caseload of around 150 cases. The role could be temporary in its nature, but a permanent role would be available for a suitable candidate showing the correct aptitude. The permanent role would be in our Corporate, Insolvency and Debt Department and that would involve a gradual move over as the P.I. caseload completes.
This could be an ideal opportunity for someone disillusioned with the changing/diminishing P.I. market, but who remains committed to a career in Law and wants to broaden their horizons and learn new skills, whilst deploying those skills learned to date.
Basic salary rang £15,000.00 to £20,000.00 dependent upon experience.
