Well established medium sized practice with an excellent reputation require a RTA legal executive/Fee earner/paralegal to join their well established PI team.
Depending on experience, the successful applicants will have responsibility for a large portfolio of fast track personal injury RTA claims . It is essential that applicants have significant previous experience; applications will be considered from both legal executives and paralegals as long as you can demonstrate strong litigation, file handling and portal MOJ in and out experience.
The successful applicants will demonstrate excellent negotiation skills and be strong communicators. You will have great organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a heavy caseload whilst working to targets.
Salary will depend on experience but is competitive.
