Regional Assessor
We are recruiting for a Regional Assessor for a firm in Liverpool.
Duties will include, but not be limited to,
- Consolidation and analysis of available evidence/information
- Use of computerised systems
- Create accurate claims management system records
- Continually adhere to client specific protocols and best practice
- Liaise with clients and provide/receive information
- Identify gaps in intelligence and evidence and seek remedies
- Conduct investigations (desk top and field) to identify evidence gaps and deficiencies
- Conduct interviews with witnesses and other parties using tact and diplomacy
- Preparing detailed statements and reports
- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
Candidate Requirements
- Able to produce timely, accurate and detailed investigation reports covering all areas/aspects and to a consistent high standard
- Excellent analytical skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Ability to work as a team and independently
- Excellent organisational skills and effective time management abilities
- Ability to manage workload
- Excellent communication skills
- A flexible approach to work is necessary as regular travel is required for the role
- Excellent IT skills
