We are currently recruiting for an experienced Receptionist for a solicitors firm in Liverpool.
Experience Necessary
- Experience of working on a Reception desk at a professional services firm
- Very smart professional appearance to create excellent ‘first impression’ to clients and visitors
- Well-organised, able to work under pressure
- Excellent telephony skills and professional telephone manner
- Maintaining discretion and confidentiality
- General office administration skills to provide administrative support to the legal teams
Duties will include but not be limited to,
- Meet and greet clients and visitors, giving an excellent ‘front-of-house’ first impression
- Make appointments for colleagues, book meeting rooms, arrange travel
- Prepare meeting rooms, order catering, arrange conference calls
- Telephony, transfer calls, take messages, making calls
- Administrative support such as typing, file closures,
