We are currently recruiting for an experienced Receptionist for a solicitors firm in Liverpool.

Experience Necessary

  • Experience of working on a Reception desk at a professional services firm
  • Very smart professional appearance to create excellent ‘first impression’ to clients and visitors
  • Well-organised, able to work under pressure
  • Excellent telephony skills and professional telephone manner
  • Maintaining discretion and confidentiality
  • General office administration skills to provide administrative support to the legal teams

Duties will include but not be limited to,

  • Meet and greet clients and visitors, giving an excellent ‘front-of-house’ first impression
  • Make appointments for colleagues, book meeting rooms, arrange travel
  • Prepare meeting rooms, order catering, arrange conference calls
  • Telephony, transfer calls, take messages, making calls
  • Administrative support such as typing, file closures,
