We are looking for a Receptionist for a well know firm in Wirral.

This role is temporary with a view to going permanent.

Successful candidate must have,

  • Excellent Telephone skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritise and work to deadlines
  • Ability to plan and organise own work load
  • T. and word-processing/keyboard skills
  • Knowledge of Travel and Accommodation Booking
  • Legal experience essential
  • Audio typing skills desirable

Duties will include but not be limited to,

  • To answer internal and external calls
  • To ensure that calls and visiting clients are dealt with professionally, courteously and efficiently.

Salary details dependant on experience around £12,500 – £15,000
