We are looking for a Receptionist for a well know firm in Wirral.
This role is temporary with a view to going permanent.
Successful candidate must have,
- Excellent Telephone skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritise and work to deadlines
- Ability to plan and organise own work load
- T. and word-processing/keyboard skills
- Knowledge of Travel and Accommodation Booking
- Legal experience essential
- Audio typing skills desirable
Duties will include but not be limited to,
- To answer internal and external calls
- To ensure that calls and visiting clients are dealt with professionally, courteously and efficiently.
Salary details dependant on experience around £12,500 – £15,000
