We are currently recruiting for a Proclaim Developer for a firm in Southport.

As part of the Systems team, you will develop, enhance and maintain workflows within the Proclaim system to maximise productivity for all staff, whilst helping the company to meet its strategic objectives.

Successful candidate must have at least 2 years’ Proclaim development experience.

Main Areas of Responsibility

  • Produce technical documentation for future training and development
  • Provide support to staff to ensure they are able to carry out their day to day duties
  • Assist the support desk, ensuring calls are dealt with effectively and efficiently
  • Develop and deliver new and existing workflows within agreed timescales to suit the needs of the business
  • Plan projects and converse progress to senior leadership team
