Private Client Solicitor
We are currently recruiting for a Private Client Solicitor / Fee Earner to deal with a caseload of wills and probate matters for our clients firm on Merseyside.
Successful candidate will be dealing with all aspects of Wills and Probate, will drafting, tax planning and estate administration and including Powers of Attorney. Advising on all aspects of trusts, including lifetime, will trusts and elderly client trusts, draft, administration and taxation issues.
You will also be,
- Assisting the Deputyship team with Professional Deputyship applications from application to administration.
- Preparing and submitting lay deputyship applications to the Court of Protection
The successful candidate will be expected to conduct and manage all aspects of his/her caseload, including taking appropriate decisions involving the exercise of judgment.
The ability to communicate clearly and effectively is essential.
Salary £25 – 40,000
