Pre- Litigation Fee Earner / Trainee Solicitor
ACS are currently recruiting for a Pre-Litigation Fee Earner/Trainee Solicitor for a Law firm in Manchester.
Successful candidates must be an experienced fee earner with pre litigation and litigation experience.
Candidates must have,
- Minimum 2 years experience dealing with road traffic and personal injury cases
- Experience in dealing with vehicle damage, credit hire, storage, personal injury
- Experience dealing with pre issue files, fast track and multi-track cases
- Worked with case management system
- Drafted witness statements
- Good communication skills
You will be,
- Responsible for own case load
- Dealing with all aspects of road traffic / personal injury claims
- Able to prepare proceedings to issue
- Issuing part 7 claim forms
- Drafting particulars of claims
- Able to meet deadlines
Full time permanent position.
Salary dependent on experience.
