Pre-Litigation Executive

We are currently looking for a Pre-Litigation Executive (experienced)– RTA for a Manchester based firm.

  • The ideal candidate MUST have the following experience:
  • Have a minimum of 12 months Pre-Litigation experience
  • Experience in dealing with all aspects of PI and RTA files
  • Pro actively maintain your own case load from inception through to Litigation
  • Have the ability to plan and prioritise case loads effectively
  • Good ‘people skills’ for building relationships at all levels
  • Ability to work well in a team
  • Accuracy with record keeping
  • Have the ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
  • Good communication skills both spoken and written
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive client information
  • To ensure compliance with the Solicitors Code of Conduct
  • Be dedicated towards developing a promising career within the firm
  • Must have experience with dealing with Disputed files

Salary – this role will pay between £14,000 and £18,000 dependent on experience – with a monthly bonus structure in place (additional 2-4k a year)
