Post Completions Clerk
We are currently seeking to recruit a Post completions Clerk for a client based in Warrington City Centre.
This post-completion role primarily involves
- effecting registrations in Land Registry / Registry of Deeds;
- use of the Landweb system;
- Reporting to Lenders in respect of the progress of applications;
- Dealing with post-completion tasks in respect of day to day conveyancing
- Experience of OPSIS case management system is desirable but not compulsory.
The right person will already possess the ability to multi task and work under pressure along with effective verbal and written communication skills including proficient use of the Microsoft Office suite. Experience in handling volumes of post completions work is a distinct advantage.
While ability is important, the personality to provide a friendly, approachable, knowledgeable, proactive and professional service to our clients is crucial.
