Portal Claims Handler                

Our client is looking for a Portal Claims Handler to join their personal injury department on a permanent basis.

The successful candidate will be required to manage their own caseload of RTA MOJ Portal cases from conception to conclusion, providing a professional and efficient service to the client at all times.

Experience of running RTA PI claims through stages 1 – 3 of the MOJ Portal is essential. Client care is of the utmost importance, ensuring excellent service is provided to referrers including negotiation and settlement of liability / damages and file management.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Opening new claims
  • Obtaining client instructions
  • Liaising with clients
  • Taking/making calls
  • Ability to progress cases efficiently and without delay
  • Accurately recording information onto the case management system
  • All related administrative duties

Successful candidates will have excellent IT skills and a customer focused approach. You must also be able to work as part of a team and have the ability to liaise with people throughout all levels of the organisation.
