Plot Sales Fee Earner
Our client is looking for a Plot Sales Fee Earner to join their established team in Liverpool.
Successful candidate will be managing their own caseload of unit sales matters they will also be on hand to support colleagues across the plots team.
This role is involves working in a team with a busy and varied caseload acting for developers of both housing, flats and student pods.
Ideally you will be a Solicitor or a legal executive however applications from experienced paralegals will also be considered.
You will have strong technical skills and previous experience of working within a busy Conveyancing team. You will understand how matters progress and have excellent writing and drafting skills, with a high level of accuracy. You will be client service orientated, commercially aware and have good IT skills including case management experience.
With previous experience of working meeting strict deadlines, you will be highly organized and able to multi-task. Flexible and resilient, you will have excellent communication and teamwork skills.
