Plot Sales Executive
ACS are now recruiting a Plot Sales Executive to join a successful law firm based in Liverpool
Essential
- Preferably should possess legal qualifications to CILEX level
- Ability to manage own workload
- Must be motivated to deliver tangible results
- Must be flexible and adaptable
Duties
- Regular reporting to and liaison with builder clients and supervising solicitor, including written reports
- Production of transfers, replies to requisitions mortgagee releases, etc.
- Collation and issue of sales packs, including contracts, title documentation, replies to enquiries, searches, service information and an estate information sheet
- Liaising with clients with regards to all matters connected with the plot sale
- Production of bills and completion statements and dealing with all transactions
- Collection of all bills and clearing off of ledgers
- Monitoring and achieving exchanges of contracts and completions in accordance with reservation and completion dates
- Dealing with prospective plot purchasers’ solicitors, including responding to enquiries raised in connection with transactions
- Title investigation and reporting on title in the case of part exchange properties, including carrying out searches etc.
- Purchases and sales of part exchange properties
