We require a Part-Time Receptionist to work with one of our clients in Blackpool office as a job share with the reception team. Flexibility is essential, as full-time cover for holidays and sickness for the reception team at all of our offices. This will be required on a regular basis and maybe at short notice.

The role will involve, handling incoming calls and routing them to the appropriate extensions, meeting and greeting visitors and ensuring they receive a first class service from the point of arrival, booking rooms for meetings, internal and external, preparing rooms for meetings including refreshments and clearing rooms after the meeting has finished, preparing and serving refreshments, tea, coffee and lunches. You will be required to assist with the opening of post in the morning and logging of DX and outgoing post in the evenings, together with general reception/administration duties to ensure that a all encompassing service is given to both clients and staff.
Recent reception experience is essential. Excellent personal presentation and communication skills are vital to this integral role.
