Paralegal – Plot Sales
ACS are now recruiting a Paralegal to join a successful law firm based in Liverpool
Essential
- Preferably studying for legal qualifications to CILEX level
- Ability to manage own workload
- Must be motivated to deliver tangible results
- Must be flexible and adaptable
Duties
- Regular reporting to and liaison with developer clients
- Production of bills and completion statements
- Collation and issue of sales packs, including contracts, title documentation, replies to enquiries, searches, service information and an estate information sheet
- Dealing with prospective plot purchasers’ solicitors by email and telephone
- Assisting other fee earners where appropriate
- Dealing with completion and post completion matters
- Updating the case management system (Proclaim)
