Multi-Track RTA/PI Claimant Solicitor/Legal Executive/Litigation Executive
My client is a multi-service law firm based in Cheshire. Due to further demand in their Personal Injury department, they are looking to appoint a Personal Injury Litigation Executive/ Solicitor to join their existing department.
The successful candidate will have experience dealing with a litigation caseload within RTA and hold solid Fast Track fee earning experience. The firm will consider experienced Fee Earners, qualified Litigation Executives and Solicitors.
Required Skills & Experience:
- You will be highly competent handling a litigation caseload within RTA
- You must have hands on Fast Track fee earning experience
- Experience dealing with out of portal cases would be highly advantageous
- Multi-track experience is desirable although not a necessity.
