We are currently recruiting for a Marketing Coordinator for our client’s legal firm in Liverpool.

Role will include but not be limited to;

• Provide administrative support for the Head of Marketing.
• Maintain marketing databases.
• Assist with the implementation of corporate and charity events.
• Conduct market research and customer surveys.
• Assist in the production of content and design for presentations and tenders.
• Oversee the production and stock control of all branded marketing goods. You will be responsible for brand control and design.
• Positive engagement with all departments to develop and execute highly effective direct response programs to significantly increase inbound lead flow and pipeline generation.
• Monitor marketplace activity including sector news and current affairs.
• To attend networking events, seminars and corporate hospitality events.
• Managing the creation and delivery of all digital media content including researching, copywriting, proofreading and publishing (website, blogs, social media, e-shots).
• Copywriting and production of marketing collateral.
• Converting customer feedback and project learning’s into marketing material (e.g., case studies).
• Keeping all marketing content up to date including databases, copy, images, photography.
• Coordinating the marketing activity calendar.
• Writing project briefs and production management of all marketing activities.
• Scripting and project coordination of videos.
• Serving as brand guardian for quality control across all company communications and keeping brand guidelines up to date.
• Coordinating brand engagement activities with staff.
• Managing external marketing supplier relationships – e.g. creative design, digital media, video, print production and merchandise.
• Evaluating our marketing activity and recommending improvements.

Candidate Requirements;
• Educated to degree level or equivalent marketing qualification.
• Minimum 2 years proven experience in marketing role.
• An up to date understanding of B2B and B2C marketing and e-comms.
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills (presentation, copywriting).
• Highly organised and effective project management skills.
• Relationship building skills with a range of stakeholders – including colleagues, suppliers and partner organisations.
• Attention to detail including brand guidelines control and proofreading.
• Technical skills in digital media (wordpress, social, mobile, tablet, mailchimp) as well as being highly competent in office packages (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• Ability to effectively work across different types of marketing activity (online & offline) and a good understanding of the modern marketing landscape (especially digital).
• Ability to effectively target and craft messages for different audiences.
• Creative thinking and an ability to challenge sector perception.
• Experience of PPC & SEO and email marketing.
• Well organised, with a clear and professional telephone manner.
• A keen interest in all social media platforms and in future online innovations.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, Photoshop (or other editing suites) and PowerPoint.
• Experience of working to tight deadlines.
• Positive work ethic with a resourceful approach.
• Well presented, punctual, confident, and self-motivated.
• Flexible in your working approach with the ability to multi-task and prioritise workloads.
