Litigation Paralegal
We are currently recruiting for a Litigation Paralegal/Assistant Fee Earner for our clients RTA department in Liverpool City Centre.
The successful candidate will be working within a team of three and under a Solicitor.
Candidates must have exposure and experience within post litigation and be knowledgeable of the process.
Candidates will be expected to:
- Draft witness statements
- Attend trial/conferences
- Issue and negotiate part 36 offers
- Attend IAH
- Have an understanding of the CPR rules
- Review LVI cases
- Review possible fraud cases
- Manage court diaries and be proactive with their work loads.
Ideally candidates will have proclaim experience and at least 18 month experience within a similar role.
