Licenced Conveyancer
We are recruiting for a Licenced Conveyancer for a Manchester based firm.
This multi site and successful firm is looking to add to its ever expanding property team by recruiting a solicitor, licensed conveyancer or legal executive with proven experience in residential and commercial property due to consistent and significant growth. This practice has a strong reputation as a forward thinking and energetic organisation, offering high levels of specialist advice to their clients which is second to none. Working across a mixed caseload, which could be biased towards commercial property, this is an ideal opportunity to join a reputable firm which has an enviable standing in the marketplace and move your career into a more real estate focused role.
Depending upon experience, a caseload will consist of:
• Sales and purchases
• Freehold, leasehold, registered and unregistered property
• Extensive client contact
• Remortgages
• Leasehold flats
• New builds
• Transfers of equity
• Auction properties
You will ideally have a minimum of three years experience of handing a diverse and complex caseload of residential and commercial property transactions. Some exposure to handling real estate transactions is essential. A highly competitive salary and benefits package is offered.
