Legal Executive/Solicitor – Family Law
ACS are now recruiting a Legal Executive/Solicitor to work within a law firm based in Liverpool
Essential
- Keen interest in legally aided work
- NQ – 2 years PQE
- Ability to work across all areas of family law including children and divorce matters as well as forced marriage and honour based violence
- Experience of legal aid and CCMS
- Experience of Proclaim is desirable
- Ability to communicate well in a non-judgmental manner with people from different backgrounds who may be faced with difficult circumstances
