We are currently looking for an experienced IT Support Assistant for a law firm in Cheshire.

Successful candidate will be first line support for the IT helpdesk including;

  • Network and hardware support
  • Proclaim case management support
  • RTA Claims Portal troubleshooting
  • Microsoft software support
  • Liaise with support companies
  • Creating and/or running basic reports and management information from Proclaim


Role will also include minor development in Proclaim and maintaining workflow documents accordingly including;

  • Maintaining the Proclaim names & address table
  • Adding and amending templates
  • Correcting errors in the workflow
  • Implementing minor workflows
  • Testing changes to processes or new processes within Proclaim
  • Managing software upgrades
  • Maintaining IT stock control document
  • Basic PC maintenance including moving PCs, installing new PCs, installing software onto existing PCs, installing printers onto PC
  • Daily checks of the network and servers
  • Maintaining the phone system
  • Escalating any problems to the IT manager or a director as appropriate
