We are currently looking for an experienced Head of Costs for a firm on Merseyside.

Duties will include, but not be limited to,

  • preparing and assisting in the preparation of costs estimates for clients and the court;
  • drafting bills for summary and detailed assessment and preparing supporting documentation;
  • advising on bills submitted where the Herbert Smith client is the paying party and formulating Points of Dispute and Replies;
  • advising on applications for / defence against applications for security for costs;

Salary £45-50,000
