Financial Mis-Selling Paralegal/Legal Assistant/Fee Earne
Acs Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Financial Mis-selling Legal Assistant / Paralegal / Fee Earner.
You will be joining a specialist team of Financial Mis-selling Solicitors with terrific experience of recovering compensation for their clients. Clients were often poorly advised to transfer safer investments to more risky Self Invested schemes with predictable financial losses in many cases. These investments are unregulated and do not fall under the remit of the Financial Services Compensation Scheme so you will be advising clients on how to secure compensation and to work with the Financial Ombudsman Service as well.
What they are looking for:
Ideally, you will have gained financial services experience in your current role and have been exposed to larger civil and commercial litigation experience. However, it is every bit as important that your litigation background has allowed you to develop excellent client care skills.
