Locum Conveyancing Solicitor
Our client is an established Liverpool based firm and they are looking for a Locum Conveyancing Solicitor.
Successful candidate must be a Solicitor/Legal Executive with minimum 3 years experience and have Residential Conveyancing experience.
Duties will include,
- Commercial conveyancing
- Company charges, applications in respect of security
- Registrations
- Leases
