Cost Draftsman/Negotiator
Acs Recruitment are currently recruiting for Cost Draftsman and Negotiators to join their clients company in Sheffield.
The firm genuinely care about their staff and take the recruitment and retention of their staff very seriously.
Duties will include dealing with:
- Bill of Costs to be assessed by the Court (using Costs Master)
- Costs Budgets
- Negotiations
- Points of Dispute
- Replies
- Advocacy
Experience in drafting inter partes, Bills of Costs, Costs Budgets and experience in using Costs Master is desirable but this is not essential.
Candidates are expected to have a high level of numeracy and be confident in dealing with figures. Candidates should also possess the ability to write in concise English and have excellent organisational skills. The candidate should be professional, articulate and client care focused, with the ability to work under pressure whilst still exceeding targets.
Salary dependent upon experience.
