We are looking for a Conveyancing Legal Secretary for our clients firm in Southport.
Duties will include,
• Typing a wide range of documents using audio dictation
• Submitting various searches online
• Submitting Stamp Duty Land Tax Returns
• Updating online case tracker system
• Filing
• Photocopying
Qualifications and Experience Required
• GSCE standard, of at least grade C (or equivalent) at Mathematics and English
• A minimum of two years legal secretarial experience in residential conveyancing
• Skilled in Microsoft office, in particular Word and Outlook
• Ability to touch type from digital audio dictation at a minimum average of 70 words per minute. High levels of accuracy and attention to detail required
