Clinical Negligence Solicitor
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join a dedicated team of Clinical Negligence lawyers in Lancashire.
The Clinical Negligence work is varied and includes birth injury claims (including injury to both mother and baby), spinal injury claims, surgical claims, orthopaedic claims, neurological claims, fatal accident claims, delay in diagnosis or delay in treatment and incorrect or inappropriate treatment. You will be responsible for you own caseload, with some light supervision on more complex cases if necessary.
The ideal solicitor will have 2 years plus PQE gained within a well-regarded claimant team. Strong academics (at least a 2:1 at degree level), first class interpersonal and IT skills and the ability to participate in business development strategies are essential requirements.
