We are looking for a Claims RTA Advisor for an accident management firm in Southport.
The successful candidate will be able to,
- Answer client calls effectively and in a professional manner.
- To assess client vehicle for damage for road worthiness.
- To obtain full road traffic accident circumstances.
- To assess liability on new instructions received.
- To coordinate broker and insurance notifications on behalf of the client.
Candidate must have excellent communication skills and the ability to demonstrate empathy in difficult situations.
Accuracy and attention to detail are a must.
Full time permanent position.
Monday to Friday shift rota basis between 8am – 8pm
Salary £14,500 + Dependent on experience with a chance of progression.
