We are looking for a Claims Handler for a Solicitors firm based in Liverpool.
The successful candidate will be expected,
- To effectively and efficiently manage a pre-litigated caseload of motor claims excluding PI from inception to settlement
- To support delivery of consistently high levels of service and productivity
- To input accurate data and ensure data maintenance
- To work closely with colleagues within the firm to deliver consistently high levels of service
- • To interact and communicate with clients
You must have:
- Motor claims experience
- Experience of using Microsoft Word and email
- Customer service experience
- The ability to work as a team and independently
- Organisational skills
- The ability to manage own workload
- Communication skills
- Negotiation skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent time keeping skills
